Both!  You know that kn_payload can carry anything, right?  The
urlencoded structure is used as you would a SOAP envelope.  The
"content-type" parameter should also be used.

I didn't have any trouble using XML in the playing around I did with
it a while ago, though I'm not using it in my work.
