I think Someone who uses a Windows box did the build incorrectly.  You can
strip out the line feeds with Perl, I think.

Unfortunately, none of our CGI apps are working right now on the server because
Ben asked me to recompile Apache/PHP and that required some kind of upgrade
that broke mod-perl.  We're blocked on that.  JP
