Config Issue

Hi all
I am still having problems configuring this with WinXP and Apache2, can get 
python server running straight out of the box, and have fixed all the errors 
being thrown in the apache error_log, unfortunately when I try to connect to 
the pubsub_test.cgi my browser just seems to spin its heels. A mass of 
folders get created in kn_events but the browser never displays a page, have 
tried IE6, IE5.5, Netscape 7.1 and Konqueror from my Linux box but no avail.

error_log is empty and access_log shows connection is established.
