mod_pubsub release 0.99 is available

We had a very productive weekend, so I put together a new tarball
so those who want the new goodies but don't want the hassle of cvs
can enjoy them.

We put together this tarball to include several recent patches to
the core infrastructure. This release includes: 

1. python_pubsub/pubsublib.py patches: now works on Python 2.1+ on Windows,
and Python 1.5+ on Linux, Solaris, and Mac OS X 

2. python_pubsub/apps/subscribe.py is a command-line app that listens
to blogchatter by default or any server/topic if configured

3. kn_apps/kn_lib/pubsub_raw.js -- several bug patches, this is now the
newest, latest, greatest pubsub_raw.js we've ever had... but...

4. we're still slowly building toward Konqueror/Safari support, and
we have not yet resolved the Mozilla intra-window communication bug
that Joyce found

5. js_pubsub -- added several new JavaScript libraries and samples 

6. updated the Makefile and the inventory list

7. flash_pubsub -- added this new top-level directory, and checked in
Jos's research work thus far, plus added Scott's thinking about how to extend it

I did some experiments along the lines that Scott mentions. It seems 
that the LoadVars and LoadXML objects, which work at sub-port 1024, will 
not work with the presistant pubsub connection. I had a experimental 
version that used the XMLsocket object for the incoming data, and just 
used the LoadVars to send data.
