[Mtamazon] So close to working...

After not bothering to get MTAmazon working after it stopped for a few 
months, I am making a concerted effort to get it operating again; I want 
my bookblog to work. So I re-installed all the scripts, reset all the 
permissions...essentially, I did as much as I could without actually 
re-installing Movable Type itself.

MTAmazon downloads the XML files correctly, but it refuses to show up on 
the page (it's using the default templates, but it's at 
http://obnoxio.us/books/ for you to see). I've added the proper 
parameters; my templates contain this...
<MTEntryBody process_tags="1">
...but it won't actually show up in the entry! I just don't get it.

I'm running version 2.661 of Movable Type.

My .mtamazon.config file contains my Developer's Token 
(un-commented-out), my Associates ID (un-commented-out) and the default 
cache directory (./cache, un-commented-out).

When rebuilding just the index page, I got the following error:
MT::App::CMS=HASH(0x83a7bac) Use of uninitialized value in concatenation 
(.) or string at lib/MT/Builder.pm line 126.
Does anyone know what this is? For reference, Line 126 of Builder.pm reads:
$res .= $out;
