[Mtamazon] Re[3]: New hosts, MTAmazon is broken

Problem identified, never mind! I'm missing XML::Parser on the new system.
Which requires expat, also missing. Etc.

I had removed some error information on purpose to avoid alarming site
contributors, hence the lack of clues at first.
