Also, I have experienced this problem when Amazon was suffering a
particular kind of breakage. A few days ago, I went to rebuild my
normally perfectly functioning site, and all the MTAmazon code blocks
would work, because Amazon was erroneously returning an error because
it thought I was asking for more than one request at a time. I tried it
again a few hours later and, without changing any of my settings, the
problem went away.
