Hello. My name is Chris Oberle. I work on the DNS team at IBM Global Services. As one of the more technical members of the team, I get most of the programming projects. Right now I am using Java to integrate some legacy configuration management software with IBM's newest choice of tools in an effort to prepare a production system for global deployment. I have 5 years of java experience, though only the past 2 of them have been with anything interesting. As a web programmer I am a newbie, though I've been studying the Struts for a little over a year now and am quite familiar with MVC. In the following weeks I hope to learn practical techniques for rapidly deploying scalable J2EE applications using strictly open-source technologies and freely available software. My hobbies include, but are not limited to, sound engineering and production ( techno, etc... ) , playing video games, and writing Java code. I am looking forward to learning from experts. C U all on Saturday! --------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Chris Oberle IBM Global Services Network Integrator Java Programmer [email protected] _______________________________________________ MVC-Programmers mailing list [email protected] http://www.basebeans.net:8080/mailman/listinfo/mvc-programmers ------------------------ Yahoo!
