unsupported data encoding bug?

I'm trying to connect to www.superdupergames.org, and the page won't  
load.  It worked fine for me a couple days ago, but now I get  
nothing.  The loading spinner spins for a bit, and then I'm back at  
the page I was at previously, with no obvious message.  I found this  
in the error log:

What's going on?
