Have you not seen the press release? OG is staging a hostile take- over. It's not an exit strategy for the OG founders but for Target's management. My understanding is that the store greeters will be stylish and the shops will implement new features not seen in other shops. What I _do_ find weird is their plan to open special shops from time to time which are _only available to the select few_!
