Tabbing through controls

Hi all :)

Using SP 7, I find that tabbing through controls, instead of  
selecting only the fields, buttons etc. on the page and the address  
bar, now selects each icon on the toolbar in turn!

The preference for choosing the tab-control behaviour hasn't changed.

Is this a deliberate change in behaviour?

I use this feature a lot, since I can't control the mouse/trackpad  
well. Tabbing from one field/button to the next, and the address bar,  
has been very useful to me.
