I agree with "context is key." Without that, it doesn't even mean  
"Service Pack." ("Speed" is the #1 ranked use of "SP.")

Applying a context of IT to this is no more relevant than applying  
the context of OW.

I was also clueless with "UMP." An umpire?

Anyway, some of us may want to look at the jargon we use and tone it  
down some. This is especially because of the large international user  
base.

I just looked up the definition of "chastise" to make sure I was  
thinking of the same word... and I see nothing in that message that  
resembles a "severe reprimand."
