OmniWeb Sneaky-Peek 7 also does not work with Web Confidential

Hello all :)

Web Confidential and URL Manager Pro are created and maintained by  
the same developer, who is currently trying to work out why the  
connection between these two applications and the OmniWeb browser of  
this version is not functioning.

The functions currently not working:

UMP:
Add Bookmark from within the browser (UMP does not think there is an  
active tab/window, or that a URL has been selected)
Double-click on bookmark in results of Search does not open window/ 
tab in OW, but brings the JNotes application to the front instead!

WC:
The ID/password windows called and now floating over the window/tab  
cannot input user/password login details: a JavaScript error occurs  
instead.

For UMP and WC users, these functions are central to the workflow, so  
working out what has broken here is essential.

Most likely other functions that rely on communication between these  
apps. and the browser will also not work.
