Yes, that's it!

Workspaces would be leaf nodes of a folder hierarchy. If that's too  
complex, then at least one level of folders would be sufficient.

Finally, some way of "sweeping" workspaces into bookmarks -- which  
can *then* be managed by folders etc. -- would help.

You see, I have lots of workspaces. Many are quite old, but are  
reminders of "back burner" projects: I don't want to lose those old  
trains of thought, but I don't want them in my face all the time,  
either.

So --

Sweeping old workspaces into bookmark collections. Or a folder layer  
for workspaces. Or unified bookmark/workspace management.
