scripts folder?

I am wondering how to enable the OmniWeb scripts folder. I have tried  
placing my scripts in ~/Library/Application Support/OmniWeb 5/Scripts  
and ~/Library/Scripts/Applications/OmniWeb, but neither results in a  
scripts folder. What do I need to do?
