Not storing cookies for local domains

When I access a host on my network using the DNS search space (i.e.
http://myhost/ instead of http://myhost.mydomain.com/), OmniWeb 5.5b1
doesn't seem to be able to use cookies correctly. It looks like it
might be sticking them in "myhost.local" which keeps them from being
visible to http://myhost/.

This bug is not present in WebKit builds, I'm not sure if this a
regression from previous OmniWeb behavior. Safari, WebKit nightly and
Firefox all work in the expected fashion.
