The way this discussion list is configured

Hi

When I reply to a post in this discussion list it seems to put the sender's 
email address in the "To:" field and that's it. So, unless you remember to 
change this for the OmniWeb list address you send the email to the sender.

I'm wondering if this is how it works for others?

I can guess that it might be because I notice that a lot of people have the 
OmniWeb list address in the "CC" field.
