I would like to STRONGLY second Paul's request, for precisely the same reasons.

Not that this is the right forum to do anything about it, but I also 
agree that seeing a "security picture" chosen from their "album" is 
nowhere near as useful as being able to upload a picture unique to 
me, such as my wife, kids, house, a vacation spot, whatever.
