I must say I'm completely shocked to hear someone call OmniGroup's work 
awkward, and can only suppose that Doug hasn't understood where the 
rest of us are coming from: I just want to reaffirm that the reason I'm 
here is that OmniWeb is about the the most elegant, the most flexible 
and the most user friendly app among the whole 200 I regularly use, and 
the OmniGuys the best listeners ... 

And, please, after a dozen or more letters saying much the same thing, 
isn't it time to leave this topic now?
