Hi, show the bookmarks window and click the icon that looks like a crossed hammer and spanner in the bottom left corner. From the menu select "Unviewed Content" to show that folder in the Collections in the sidebar. Click the Unviewed Content folder and this will display all the bookmarks that currently have a green tick. Click a bookmark or the bookmark pane to give it focus and press command-A to select all. Right click (or click the gear menu) to display the context menu and select "Mark as Viewed". All green ticks should then be removed from your bookmarks and the Unviewed Content folder will now be empty. HTH.
