Hi Jon, Again, sorry no one got back to you sooner. Unfortunately you can not make the default behavior for links to open as background tabs at this time. This is certainly something we'll be considering in the future though. We have an open request for this and I'll add your vote to the list. This takes a little extra manual work but you can drag links as well as bookmarks to the tab drawer. When you do this they should open as background tabs. This at least frees up the Command key if you would prefer it's behavior to be something different. Thanks! Troy
