The quickie answer is to launch OW holding down the shift key to get a fresh workspace and no tabs. Then try to figure out which tab is having problems. (see below) I don't see a default tab file. But the default *workspace* may not be the one you are actually starting with. Depending on your preferences, OW may start where you last were which very well may not have been your default. You could try moving your entire Workspaces directory out of Application Support. Depending on how much you are using workspaces, that could make a lot of your normal setup unavailable. But it would put OW back to a "starter" state. But if you start with the shift key held down, you can then go to Workspace / Show Workspace and look at each of your workspaces and either delete a broken one or delete the tab that is hanging. I'm doing some housekeeping on my workspaces now. Some of them save their states and some start at known tabs.
