Not that I know of. I might have hit a site with an embedded FTP link  
but as I have also Little Snitch running at that time that might have  
reported that a connection via Port 21 wants to be established  
_before_ that port would have to be opened.

Also, I don't think OmniWeb does active FTP at all, does it? Is any  
major client doing active FTP these days? I mean, with NAT being  
everywhere, active FTP is basically dead. I might be wrong here.
