Both yes and no, I've used it as my primary browser for a long time  
but currently I'm using Firefox more than OW. Why? The plugins - the  
ad-blocking works better, script control works better, various grease  
money scripts. I like OWs handling of cookies better and the  
integration with the rest of my machine.
