Getting images to load

I can't seem to find the setting in Preferences that will cause 
images to load automatically.  I keep having to use Shift-Cmd-I, 
which is a pain.

What have I missed out on?

My System:  20" iMac Intel (early 2006) / 2 GB RAM /
2 ghz /OS 10.5.6 Leopard / OmniWeb 5.8 /
Eudora 6.2.4 / Tex-Edit Plus /
