In the Ad Block preference pane there are three settings that control images. "Matching known ad sizes", "From third-party sites" and "From blocked URLs". The second one, "From third-party sites" can be particularly troublesome on sites that host all images on another server, like amazon. Try disabling these three settings if you have any enabled and see if the problem clears up. -Troy
