Today I just tried importing my extensive bookmark set (over 1000, 710
of which have changed since last viewing) into Safari. I imported them
and arranged them to my satisfaction in less than a minute. Then, when
closing, Safari went away for a minute or so while digesting this huge
meal. But no problems. So with that escape route available, I am going
to stick with OmniWeb at least for now. The advantages are too great
for me.

For instance, one of my workspaces, Lighting (for my home), has 77
tabs spread over 14 windows. Imagine setting that up again in every
session! No way.

I am indeed spreading the word about free OmniWeb. Not many of my
Apple-user friends would have been deterred by the former price, but
maybe it will make a difference.
