As M2 makes Opera so very slow to start up, it would be nice to have two ways to start up Opera - one as now and one that starts up the web browser with M2 off-line. I think I'm fundamentally asking for M2 and the brower to have separate on/offline states. It would be specifically nice to have Opera start up with M2 offline when it is auto launched from Windows (e.g. double-click on an html file).
