I didn't find that on the opera website. (Neither in
http://www.opera.com/browser/download/ nor in the site's internal search
function.) (I submitted a bug report concerning that, because I couldn't
find an adress to contact Opera A/S to tell (at least not in the time I
could spend looking).)

I finally found a site in the Netherlands that pointed me to
ftp://ftp.opera.com/pub/opera/ where there is an
Opera_963_classic_Setup.exe.

However, the netherlands site warned me for "Opera's own frozen in
Norway, infested with trolls server", so I'll have to think carefully
before I try that one. :-)
