FLV files

I notice that Opera temporarily stores videos, such as those on YouTube, in the cache4 folder with an .flv extension. When it temporarily stores audio (.mp3) files it retains the original .mp3 extension, which makes them usable in Windows Media Player. However WMP won't play an .flv video file. Am I correct in assuming that videos are stored on, say, YouTube as .flv (rather than, say, wmv), and that it's therefore not an Opera issue? - Sogn Sogn Mill-Scout Corvallis, OR [email protected] -- Unsubscribe: mailto:[email protected]?subject=unsubscribe
