It never crashes on exit, just at seemingly random times while 
it's up, but sometimes not even when I'm interacting with it. 
For ex., just now it went down while I was using IE; another 
time while I was using Eudora. And this morning it went down 
while I was asleep!

I don't know what CCleaner is, nor what it does.
