Re: crashes

	I've gotten so used to it--for the last year or so in a number
of versions--that I just take it as normal, whatever is causing it.
Just as I do with the error message received 30-60 seconds after each
time I have deliberately closed Opera.  Doesn't happen when Opera is
randomly closed.

	I, too, have Qwest, and yes, the tech reps on calls can take
control of your machine though you usually have to grant them
permission.
