multiple transfer tabs opens automatically

I notice when running version 9.64 on XP pro, if you have two Opera
windows open which each window having a transfer tab. If you download a
file from the second Opera window, another instance of the transfer tab
appears in that Opera windows. New transfer tabs will appear every time
you download more files.
