	I had this happen to me a few versions back.  The next version of  
Opera cured it.  I never learned what caused it.

	One thing you might try:  Check your fonts.  A corrupted font will  
do what you describe.  If certain websites call for that font and the  
OS can't provide it, the app will crash.

	Isn't system 10.5 Leopard rather than Panther?  Which are you running?
