Sorry, I accidentally hit Send before I finished composing the previous message. D 'oh. There's more than one way to do this, but this is perhaps the easiest... (1) Open a Contacts tab by going to Tools > Contacts (2) Select the tab (2) In the left-hand column, right-click and select New Folder (3) Name the new folder and hit the ENTER key (4) Add addresses to the folder. There are several ways; these are the easiest, I think...(a) Drag addresses onto the new folder's name (this copies them into the folder), OR (b) Right-click the folder name and select New Contact. To add addresses from a folder to a new email... (1) In the Compose window, click the arrow next to the address (To, CC or BCC) field ** (2) Hover the mouse over the folder you want to use, and select Add All Contacts in Folder, or select addresses individually. That's it! ** To protect recipients' privacy and to prevent their email addresses being seen and possibly harvested by third parties, I strongly recommend that BCC always be used to send emails to multiple addresses. John I can not find in HELP the directions for making an e-mail group list. Help, please.
