everlasting loading of mht file: confirmation sought

I saved a copy of http://tinyurl.com/y9wyejk in my download folder as 
an mht file, then tried opening it from a link in a WordPerfect X3 
document. The file doesn't stop loading, both vertically and 
horizontally. In other words, the images are there all right, but 
they are of little practical use as they keep disappearing to the 
right. Is this inherent in the heinous act of which I am guilty, or 
is Opera 10 letting me down?

Anyone any thoughts?
