Edit the file specified on the "Preferences" line of that page. Be sure to  
use a plain-text editor like Notepad. You should also edit any other files  
that are referenced inside this file to ensure that if they contain any  
paths they are also updated. You may have to similarly update the paths in  
your mail settings files.

Make backups before you change anything, and make sure that the new paths  
actually contain the data that Opera is expecting to find there.
