Thank ya'll for your input.
I don't use Opera for email, so even if it did convert the mail folders, no
big deal. However, the rss feeds is another story!
I'm running Opera on XP Pro, and the computer has two user profiles.
And I found it rather confusing a while back when I discovered Opera had hid
settings files in
- Documents&Settings/userprofile/Application Data/Opera
AND
- Documents&Settings/userprofile/Local Settings/Opera (which is a
normally HIDDEN folder!)
I'm not really interested in Unite, as it would seem to me one's computer
would have to be on and online all the time.
I am interested in how it would allow widgets to be stand alone.
I wasn't too happy with Opera Link when I tried it. I'd wanted to synch the
installation of Opera at work to my home laptop. I'd set up the home laptop
just fine, but the work computer just would not work with it, never got it
synchronized. So not too excited about that.
But there are always new bells and whistles on newer Opera versions that
have kept me coming back for more.
Thanks again for your answers.
Respectfully,
Ruth
