also File drop menu, TICK show menu bar...

It is possible to EDIT the speed dial from within, Opera's speeddial.ini

ie. my speed dial... which I have placed at the bottom of the config file

You can also from the MAIN Speed dial page do simple edits, hide and then  
bring it back again.
