Hi,

What the #?!* is going on?

During this past week I had a normal request from
Opera for it to update. I am running Win XP Pro. The
process went well, as always. Then, the fireworks!

I do not have a clue as to what is going on with
Opera. I do not have the menues nor the regular
choices. I have a big "O" at the top left of the
browser, which is partly covered. I cannot even find
some of the things I used to find in previous versions,
like, its showing me the version I am using, or ability
to go to the forums, or look for an update.

When I click the right mouse button, I get a
pop-up menu which includes "appearance." This gives me
a choice to go with "Standard MS Win ..." or with the
Opera stuff. There does not appear to be anything
which easily explains what is going on, except for me
to activate the "Speed Dial" windows to "RTM."

And, that is not all. One of the Web sites to
which I go, suddenly is not appearing correctly. It
apparently uses columns to list choices. The leftmost
column now is not only thinner than how it used to be,
but has the printing broken up. This part of the site
looks fine when using Firefox or IE.

Any ideas? Anyone experience any of this?

      Thanks, in advance.

                              Julian.
