I have an ING a/c - albeit ex-Postbank, so there may be some differences - and everything works fine. My recent experience is that there are sites which used to accept Opera only if I masked or ID'd as something else but which now only accept Opera if I leave it IDing as Opera. You can at least point out that in Holland ING appears to accept Opera. As indeed do my main bank (Rabo), Visa and Barclays.
