I have seen this pop up window a few weeks ago for the first time (opera 9.63 ? maybe). I have Slackware 12.2, wmii is my windows manager and I start opera out of the xterm, using different personaldirs for different surfing interests and behaviours, using the tabs instead of bookmarks.I came to the conclusion that getting the messages you wrote about depends on the content in my personal directories, but I haven't found out on what elements. As I do not use Opera mail client, so I found the pop up window just annoying. (I moved to linux at the time of Opera 5.x and there was no mail client in the linux version, so I replaced it with what is today claws-mail.)
