Problem accessing bank account

I'm using:

Build

Linux
System
x86_64, 2.6.22.19-0.2-default

I'm able to get on my banks secure web site but once inside, when I try to  
go to 'bill pay', a small window pops up asking for my userid and  
password. Of course, there is no further password needed normally to get  
into 'bill pay'.

I've tried versions 9.00 and was able to access the site with no problem.  
I tried another machine that runs Opera 9.63 with a different build than  
the 9.64 and ended up with the same negative result......the window asking  
for my userid and password.

I've called and talked to the tech at my bank. He says he is working on it  
but has no answer yet. Been two days now. I'm sure it is something that  
has been done to the code of the bank web site as I have been using the  
9.63 version for several months with no problems. I have also been on  
their web site with the newer version as recent as last week.

Anyone have any ideas or experience this problem?
