Good luck with the bank!

I've been complaining to one bank for over a year with no result. The
problem is they think that "works with IE and works with firefox" is
good enough. They tell oyu to use the supported browsers.

I hope your bank is more responsive. If I had to use it for more than
the occasional check of credit card balance I would change banks.
