From what I remember of Qt programming, it wouldn't > be that hard to do, and you could make it a switchable option, too. We _almost_ have that already. It's called the windows panel. If only it had status indication colours ("highlighting") like the tabs, it would be just what I need! I have 200-300 open pages/tabs so I just had to get rid of the tab bar, and use the window panel instead.
