Hi,
i was searching such option for few hours last week, but found nothing.
Was experimenting with multiple of them, involving -nowin, -kioskmode,
and dozed on otheres. They not prevent apearing this startup dialog.

I ended with creating separate ~/.opera directory with working opera
installation, properly closed. And then had script which restores
original directory using rsync, after every kill.

Unfortunetly this is ugly hack. But works.

I checked and about 10 files are affected + some files from cache.

But they all exists in both clean and crashed directories. So probably
something about mtimes or their contents metters. There are no locks
i think.
