Hi, list, I use Google Mail's web interface. The "move to" and "labels" buttons take 2-6 seconds to open under Opera. This is on Linux and Mac, and maybe Windows. Under Firefox/Iceweasel on Linux and Safari on Mac both buttons open very quickly. If I press the button multiple times w/out making a selection, it comes up much faster after the first attempt. Perhaps some caching is occurring. I tried it (on Linux) with a fresh --personaldir and got the same behavior. Does anyone else have this problem, and/or can anyone offer any suggestions (configuration changes, etc) on how to make it go away? Would it depend on: QT libraries, cookies, number of bookmarks, number of remembered addresses, cache size / cache settings, network speed, content settings, Javascript settings, Java, other plugins? Any help appreciated. -- Larry Clapp uname -a: Linux cupid 2.6.24-080615 #2 SMP Mon Jun 16 08:59:59 EDT 2008 i686 GNU/Linux CPU: 2.4 GHz Intel "Core 2" quad-core Opera Version information Version 9.64 Build 2480 Platform Linux System i686, 2.6.24-080615 Qt library 3.3.8b Java Java Runtime Environment installed Browser identification Opera/9.64 (X11; Linux i686; U; en) Presto/2.1.1 -- Opera-Linux: https://list.opera.com/mailman/listinfo/opera-linux More lists: https://list.opera.com/mailman/listinfo/ Unsubscribe: mailto:[email protected]?subject=unsubscribe
