Hi!

I admit I never used the function you mention, but it's because there
are way cooler alternatives.

When you have a url in your clipboard, you have 2 options:

1: Middle mouse click into a free space in the open tab (say, not in a
textfield and not on a link) will immediately go to the URL from the
clipboard.

2: Middle mouse click on the free space in your tab bar, this will
immediately open a new tab and go to the URL from the clipboard.

This should cover all use cases I guess?

Best,
Daniel
