By default opera will try to use the toolkit that is in use on the desktop
This can be overridden by setting the "Dialog Toolkit" flag

0: (default) Let browser decide itself
1: Obsolete
2: Will tell browser to use GTK (Gnome)
3: Will tell browser to use Qt4 (KDE)
4: Will test browser to not use any toolkit at all. We call this the X11  
mode
and is also the fallback should GTK or Qt4 fail.

The X11 mode in 10.6x is not really ready (file selectors are very basic).  
It
will be a lot better in Opera 11.
