I have seen this as well. It seems to depend on the version of KDE and  
maybe
how it has been built. I have (after 11.0) added a fix that will prevent
overwriting files without a confirmation from the user.

One issue is that this happens after the dialog has been closed. The dialog
will be reopened should the user say "No" and that might be a problem with
many files in the current directory.
